Paul and Carole Redline are a team. Paul provides much needed support, ideas and organization. He is a digital photographer , videographer and technology enthusiast who has held  various leadership roles in business. Carole brings experience as a teacher, facilitator, instructional technologist , administrator and national presenter. Together they are an unbeatable team who bring many years of leadership experience and vision to every project.

Dr. Carole Redline began her career as an early childhood educator teaching kindergarten, first grade and pre-first children.  After moving into the field of elementary education, she became a computer coordinator and later computer department chairperson at Roland Park County School.  Carole has taught in public, private and parochial schools in Baltimore, Maryland before becoming  an administrator and instructor at the college level.  At Goucher College she created curriculum and taught in both graduate and undergraduate education before becoming Director of Educational Technology Leadership.  Most recently she held the position of Director of Academic Technology for the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Currently she is teaching in  the COAT program, Certificate of Online Adjunct Teaching, working with instructors, professors and administrators in online education both nationally and internationally. Distinguished by the Maryland Distance Learning Association as Distance Educator of the Year and later developer of the Best Distance Learning Program, Carole‚Äôs love of innovation and technology as tools. She brings enthusiasm as a facilitator and speaker to an even wider audiences.(As a side note, the video was taken in 2015 but still rings true. Sadly Black, our standard poodle is no longer with us but he will never be forgotten
